26th January 2017 Republic Day

SEHS school, celebrated India’s 68th Republic Day. The students took pride in  glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity. To mark the importance of this day, a grand celebration was held in the school, and many activities were planned in the school premises. The school echoed with patriotic fervour as children sang songs, gave performance of  scout guide, dance, P T drill and drama.

India won freedom on the 15th August, 1947 and became a Republic on the 26th January  1950. The New Constitution of  free India came into force with effect from this day.

It is a day of national rejoicing and a  red letter day in our country. The day is celebrated with pomp and show, zeal and spirit, throughout the length and breadth of the country.

The day was celebrated in our school with great eclat.The school building was  decorated

with tri-colour flag, colourful blackboards, beautiful rangoli. A dise was raised. Loud speakers were fitted. The programme began at 8.30 am by hoisting the flag by our Guest of honor Shri Arun Garg (Senior Inspector, Narpoli Police Station), Mrs Kavita Bhior (Nagar Sevika Narpoli), Chandramouli Adep, Ravindra Margam, Ramanjinelu Dande,and Bheemanathini Laxman were also present in the programme.

Beside Scout Guide Parade, the programmed also included P T Drill, a drama was choreographed on “Traffic Rules and Safety” and dance was organised on “Vande Mantaram”.The student brought the stage alive with their passion and love for the motherland. The students were told about about political freedom of India.
