Science Exhibition 2020

On 29th February 2020, SEHS celebrated National Science Day in memory of great Indian Physicist Chandrashekhara Venkata Raman. “Science of today is the technology of tomorrow”  keeping in mind our school exhibited Science projects made by our students under able guidance of teachers. Students were divided in groups. The objective of this exhibition was to create interest among school children in basic science research.

 

Marathi Bhasha Diwas 2020

SEHS celebrated Marathi Bhasha Diwas on 27th February 2020 in school premises.  The day is celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of noted Marathi literature Vishnu Vaman Shirwadkar populary known as “Kusumagraj“. The day is celebrated to  root map Marathi culture and language among the young minds. The efforts is to preserve and flourish Marathi literature and its importance for the society. Various  motivational activities like speeches, short poems, Powadas and dance were presented on this eve.  To recognize more,  under 150th birth anniversary of Gandhiji celebration a  circular by Maharashtra government was passed to make an awareness on Truth (Satyata). A lecture on the essence of Truth  was delivered to students and its importance in individual life.

 

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti 2020

On 20th February 2020, SEHS celebrated  Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti in school with great enthralling spirit. Our School founder Shri Chandramouli Adep Sir and Baliram Choudhary sir Management member  gave their  eminent presence in the program and also gave speech which emphasized on the life of  Chhatrpati Shivaji Maharaj and his great achievements. Various activities were conducted at school in order to create awareness in the young minds of the regarding truth, valiant and valour of Maratha warrior. Stories based on truth and honesty were narrated by teachers.  Patriotic Songs, Powadas were sung by teachers and students. To make more interesting program, a Quiz competition was arranged on life of Shivaji Maharaj.

 

Inter-School Sports Competition 2020

SEHS students have a history of winning colours by putting up excellent performance in various inter-school sports competitions organised by Brave Youth Martial Arts Association, Bhiwandi. The students were trained under the supervision of coach for participating students in such competitions. Inter-school competitions helps the students  to get exposure in terms of various talents in the field of sports. Students have been putting up excellent performances in various events held at zonal, district, state and national level. This enhances the development of sports skills, high levels of discipline and team spirit.The below are the list of winners:

Basant Panchami Celebration 2020

Basant Panchami  is celebrated in reverence to Goddess Saraswati, epitome of learning, music and art. People celebrate this day by visiting temples, offering prayers to god, praying to new books.

SEHS celebrated this day by offering prayer to Goddess Saraswati. The  spring of joy took over when a prayer ceremony worshiping Goddess Saraswati was led by offerings of spring flowers by all the students and staff of the school. Students were motivated for setting big goals and putting dedicated efforts as a promising and flourishing human harvest.
