On 4th January 2020, SEHS arranged a Teachers felicitation Ceremony in school assembly hall. As the day was delighted to celebrate and appreciate the work of teachers done for Spandan Annual gathering 2019-2020 and also academic activities performed by teachers. Teachers job is of huge responsibilities, passion and care. Teaching job requires great responsibility as compared to any other job. It has an impact on the growth and well-being of the nation. It is pleasure that all our teachers and supervisors are enough active to work together and passionately. Since in our school, we celebrate many functions and celebrations our teachers are constantly busy in work. As one program finish, we are ready for another. We feel blessed to see our teachers helping each other with dance, songs, computer work and academic. Its pride that we get good teachers who understand each other, collaborates with work pressure, enjoy with students in dance, study, games and are fun-loving. Every teacher was awarded with trophy by our School Management. A video on teachers were shown to teachers. The program came to closure with delicious lunch for all the staff.
On 17 December 2019, SEHS conducted Akhil Vishwa Gayatri Parivar Programme on Personality Development for students of std IX and X. There were four orators Shree Surajpratap Mishra, Archana Sharma, Puja Shrivastava and Pratiba Balodi gave gudiance on Time Management, Stress Management, Bhagwad Geeta and Yoga. The lecture was to distress the life of students and control oneself through the situations. They also explain students the importance of performing yoga in students life and its helpfulness for their studies.
On 26th November 2019, SEHS celebrated Constitution Day in school. Our Constitution which was adopted on 26th November, 1949 and came into force on 26th January, 1950. The day begin with unfurling the Tri-colour flag and singing national song. To instill a sense of patriotism among students and teachers took the lead in taking pledge by reciting’The Preamble”. Meaning and importance of the day was explained by teachers. A quiz competition was arranged on the Constitution of India. Winners were given prices. This celebration helped us once again to reaffirm our faith in Constitution.
On 14th November 2019, SEHS celebrated Children’s Day with great pomp. The celebrations was focused on students and their enjoyment. To pay tribute to the legendary freedom fighter and our first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru popularly knowns as Chacha Nehru our students and teachers gave speeches, sung songs, performed small kits, poem competition was arranged for students.
On 15th Oct, the birthday of late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam was celebrated in SEHS school as “Reading Day”. We fondly remember his passion for teaching education and for reading. Dr.Kalam is not with us today but his thoughts, ideals and vision for India live on forever. SEHS celebrated the day with showing a two videos based on the importance of reading and the other was about incident from APJ Abdul Kalam’s life. Students also came up with speeches and songs. At least students were asked to read books from library of their choice.
On 14th October 2019, SEHS arranged a campaign on “Awareness on Election Campaign” and “Vote of Change“. The meeting was arranged to advocate students about the process of election and importance of giving Vote. The programmed was blessed by prominent members like Milind Palasule (Public Relation Officer, BNCMC), Nihala Momin (Office Superintendent, BNCMC), Shoaib Momin (Education Depart CRC-4), Sanjay Bhoir (Education Department CRC-12). Students of SEHS presented drama, Speeches were given by Srinivas Adep Sir and Milind Palasule sir on the occasion. The Campaign was made to ensure 100% polling in the ensuing Lok Sabha elections. Students were also shown Electronic Voting Machines. They also educated students about the importance of participation in election process as voters and contestants.
On 15th August 2019, Prime Minister Narendra Modi called for putting an end to single-use plastics. Even he also underlined the importance of shunning single-use plastics in Mann ki Baat radio broadcast. Referring to address Saraswati English High School-Narpoli decided to ban Single -use plastics and spread an awareness to students and people in the society. Our Management decided to promote this campaign to every students and parents in our school. With the help Sanjay Bhoi Sir (Musician) and students(Aditya Fulipati, Khushi Prajapati, Lata kanike, Pinky Vishwakarma,) of our school sung a song on Plastic ban.
On 2nd October 2019, students of Saraswati English High School presented street play at Shivaji chowk, Bhiwandi. In the presence of Hon. Commissioner, all the officials of the BNCMC and the respected citizens of Bhiwandi.
