🤖🚗 14. Moving the robot to form a heart shape
Step 1: 🛠️ Setting Up the Robot:
- Click on the ‘Control Block’.
- Choose the ‘Repeat Time Block’.
- Set the ‘Repeat Time’ for your robot at 4.
Step 2: 🔄 Steering and Turning the Robot:
- Go to the ‘Action Block’.
- Select ‘Steer’ to steer your robot.
- Again, go to the ‘Action Block’ and choose ‘Turn’ to turn your robot.
- Set the speed at 30 and turning degree at 140. You can choose any value of your choice.
Step 3: 🔁 Repeating Actions:
- Go back to the ‘Control Block’ and select ‘Repeated Time’ again.
- Set the repeat value at 4.
Step 4: 🎛️ Customizing the Steering:
- Click on ‘Action’ and choose ‘Steer’.
- Set the steer speed for left and right, and the distance of the steer.
Step 5: 🌆 Setting the Background:
- To change the background, click on the option to change your scene.
- Choose ‘Graphic Background’ or any other background you like.
Step 6: 📍 Placing Your Robot:
- Drag and place your robot on the screen in the desired starting position.
Step 7: ▶️ Running Your Program:
- To start your program, click the ‘Start’ button.
- If you need to disable the robot, click the ‘Disable Tile’ button.
Step 8: 👀 Watching Your Robot:
- Observe as your robot creates a heart shape on the output screen.
Step 9: 💾 Saving Your Work:
- To save your program, click on ‘User’.
- Then click ‘Login’ and enter your username and password.
- Press the ‘OK’ button to save your program on the Open Roberta Lab page.
