🕶️🎮 18. Design a 3D environment in HatchXR
🛠️ Step 1: Start a Project:
🎨 Look for a button or link that says “Code with block” and click it.
📂 You’ll see different templates. These are starting points for your project.
🚀 Step 2: Choose a Template:
🚀 Find and click on the “Rocket Launch” template.
🖱️ This opens up your project workspace.
🎨 Step 3: Go to Design:
🖌️ On your screen, find and click the “Design” button.
🏗️ This is where you’ll add 3D elements to your project.
📊 Step 4: Explore the Panels.
🎚️ On the left side, you’ll see different panels like ‘Player’, ‘Cameras’, ‘Light’, and more.
📁 These panels let you add and control elements in your project.
➕ Step 5: Add Elements:
- 🛸 Click on different items like ‘Rocket’, ‘Moon’, or ‘Stars’ to add them to your scene.
- 🖱️ You’ll see these items appear in your project area.
🔄 Step 6: Adjust Your View:
- 🔍 Use the zoom and mouse controls to move around and see your project from different angles.
- 🖱️ Click and drag the view to look around.
🚀 Step 7: Move Your Rocket:
- 🚀 Click on the rocket in your project.
- 🕹️ Use the X, Y, and Z controls to move it around.
💫 Step 8: Add an Asteroid:
- ➕ Look for a button that says “Add 3D project” or has a plus sign and click it.
- 🔍 Type “Asteroid” in the search bar and press Enter.
- 🖱️ Choose an asteroid image and click the plus sign to add it to your project.
🛠️ Step 9: Adjust the Asteroid:
🛠️ Use the X, Y, and Z controls to move the asteroid where you want it.
🔄 You can place it close to your rocket or anywhere you like.
👀 Step 10: Review Your Work
🖼️ Take a moment to look at your rocket, moon, and asteroid. Make any final adjustments.
💾 Step 11: Save Your Project
💾 Don’t forget to save your work so you can come back to it later.
🎉 Step 12: Share and Enjoy!
📣 Show your cool 3D design to friends and family.
