đļī¸đŽ 18. Design a 3D environment in HatchXR
đ ī¸ Step 1: Start a Project:
đ¨ Look for a button or link that says “Code with block” and click it.
đ You’ll see different templates. These are starting points for your project.
đ Step 2: Choose a Template:
đ Find and click on the “Rocket Launch” template.
đąī¸ This opens up your project workspace.
đ¨ Step 3: Go to Design:
đī¸ On your screen, find and click the “Design” button.
đī¸ This is where you’ll add 3D elements to your project.
đ Step 4: Explore the Panels.
đī¸ On the left side, you’ll see different panels like ‘Player’, ‘Cameras’, ‘Light’, and more.
đ These panels let you add and control elements in your project.
â Step 5: Add Elements:
- đ¸ Click on different items like ‘Rocket’, ‘Moon’, or ‘Stars’ to add them to your scene.
- đąī¸ You’ll see these items appear in your project area.
đ Step 6: Adjust Your View:
- đ Use the zoom and mouse controls to move around and see your project from different angles.
- đąī¸ Click and drag the view to look around.
đ Step 7: Move Your Rocket:
- đ Click on the rocket in your project.
- đšī¸ Use the X, Y, and Z controls to move it around.
đĢ Step 8: Add an Asteroid:
- â Look for a button that says “Add 3D project” or has a plus sign and click it.
- đ Type “Asteroid” in the search bar and press Enter.
- đąī¸ Choose an asteroid image and click the plus sign to add it to your project.
đ ī¸ Step 9: Adjust the Asteroid:
đ ī¸ Use the X, Y, and Z controls to move the asteroid where you want it.
đ You can place it close to your rocket or anywhere you like.
đ Step 10: Review Your Work
đŧī¸ Take a moment to look at your rocket, moon, and asteroid. Make any final adjustments.
đž Step 11: Save Your Project
đž Don’t forget to save your work so you can come back to it later.
đ Step 12: Share and Enjoy!
