🚀 Creating an Animated Rocket
Open Animation Software:
🖥 Start by opening your animation software where you will create your rocket.
Set Up Your Workspace:
🛋 Make sure you’re in a comfortable and quiet space to focus on creating your animation.
Drawing the Rocket:
✏️ Use the ‘line tool’ and set its size to three.
📐 Draw the outline of a rocket on the left-hand side at the bottom of your screen.
🚀 Imagine a simple rocket shape with a pointy top, a rectangular body, and triangular fins.
Designing Your Rocket:
🖱 Switch to the ‘path cursor’ to adjust and smooth out the lines of your rocket.
🎨 Colouring the Rocket:
- 🖌 Choose the ‘fill colour’ tool to add colours to your rocket. You can pick any colours you like!
- 🪣 If you want to change the colour of the outline, use the colour bucket on the side.
✏️ Adjusting the Outline:
- 📏 If the line of the rocket is too thick, use the tool to reduce its size to make it look just right.
🚀 Creating Rocket Smoke:
- 🌫 Draw some wavy lines or clouds at the bottom of your rocket to represent smoke from the launcher.
✨ Animating Your Rocket:
- 🔄 Use the ‘tweening method’ by adding a ‘tween’ to create smooth motion for your rocket.
- 🎯 Decide the final position of your rocket, perhaps high up on the screen to show it has launched.
Moving the Rocket:
- 🆙 Select the entire rocket and move it to the final position you decided on, like the top of the screen.
Preview Your Animation:
- ▶️ Play the animation to see your rocket smoothly taking off.
- ✏️ Make any adjustments if needed to ensure it looks just right.
