🎨 Make Characters:

🐢 Craft a tortoise using the paint editor.

🏃‍♂️ Set Speed:

⏩ Utilize the Set Speed block to make the hare move faster.

🐇 Help the tortoise win despite the hare’s speed.

💬 Character Interaction:

💬 Make characters talk to each other.

📖 Turn story pages to progress the narrative.

🖼️ Choose Background:

🚜 Select the farm background.

🗑️ Delete the cat.

➕ Add the rabbit character.

🎨 Create Tortoise:

🐢 Use the paint editor to create a tortoise character.

🖌️ Ensure the tortoise is painted quite big.

🏞️ Set the Scene:

🌾 The race will traverse the farm, river, and orchard.

📄 Create two new pages for the scenes.

🌊 Page 2: River Scene:

🖼️ Add the river background.

🐇 Drag the rabbit character from page 1 to page 2.

🐢 Drag the tortoise character from page 1 to page 2.

🌸 Page 3: Orchard Scene:

🖼️ Add the spring background.

🐇 Copy the rabbit character to page 3.

🐢 Copy the tortoise character to page 3.

💬 Add Text:

➕ Use the Add Text button to insert words.

📐 Adjust sizes and colors for emphasis.

📖 Larger words for titles, smaller for story content.

🖱️ Select page 1 and tap Add Text for the title.

Now comes the action. On page 1, the tortoise and the hare talk about the race they want to have.

We’ll start you off with the script to begin the race. Then, can you write the scripts to show what happens next in your story?

🐇 Set Speed & Hide:

🏃‍♂️ Use the Set Speed block (set to Fast) and the Hide block to make characters run to the end of the page and disappear.

🔄 Reset character speed if you want it to slow down later.

🎤 Record Sounds:

🎶 Record sounds to add excitement to your story.

📜 Add Moral:

📝 Use the Add Text button to display a moral at the end of your story.

📏 Adjust the size of words using the Change Size button to fit your page.
